Each article in this series will be led by the Beachview expert best suited to the topic. For this introductory post, you’re hearing from Todd Heiss and Will Darden.

About this Post’s Authors 

Todd Heiss, Business Development Manager at Beachview Rentals, works closely with homeowners throughout Newport Beach, from onboarding new properties to refining their listings, pricing, and overall strategy. Todd, a former Huntington State Beach lifeguard for 12 summers, earned a BA in Communication Studies from UCSB. He built a career in technology and hospitality sales, working at Marriott, AT&T, and TPx.

Will Darden serves in a senior leadership role with Beachview Rentals’ parent company, Dream Resorts. With over a decade of experience in hospitality and vacation rentals, Will has worked across operations, guest experience, revenue, and owner success for both large and small companies. He’s passionate about helping owners grow their business through smart strategy and hospitality-driven performance.
