Each residence includes multiple private outdoor spaces across its three levels. Both front decks offer ocean views, while the rear bedrooms on the main and third levels open to their own private decks with seating. The right residence also includes a front patio slightly below street level with a propane gas grill, bench seating, and a surrounding succulent garden. The left residence features a similar front patio slightly below street level, complete with a succulent garden, an outdoor dining area with seating for six, and a propane gas grill.
KITCHEN & AMENITIES:
Each residence includes a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and large and small appliances. The right residence also includes a glass-top dining table with seating for 6 to 8, while the left residence offers a dining table with bench seating for eight. Major appliances include a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:

No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats, best suited for children, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: Stack washer/dryer facilities are located within the main-level hallway bathroom of each residence. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: Four tandem garage parking spaces are provided, with two in each garage. Mid-size or smaller vehicles are recommended, and SUVs may not fit. Garage door dimensions are 104 inches wide by 69 inches high. There is also an interior walk-through doorway from the subterranean garage into the lower condo level. Additional free street parking may be available throughout the neighborhood.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
