EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: 
Additional sleeping accommodations to fulfill the maximum occupancy are provided via 3 twin trifold floor mats, along with extra linens/pillows. (the floor mats are best suited for children). Twin rollaway beds can be rented if adult sleeping accommodations are desired instead of mats. Make arrangements in advance to ensure delivery can be scheduled in time for guest arrival.

LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.

LAUNDRY:
Laundry for the ground floor residence is located in the garage, while the upper residence has its own separate laundry facilities in the entry hallway. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.

PARKING:
Two tandem parking spaces in the garage, on the left and right sides, for a total of four spaces. The garage can be accessed from the rear alley and fits mid-size SUVs. Do not park across the front of the garage door in the alley, even momentarily. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.

RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons; plus Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information!

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach. 

SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
