Large sliding glass doors frame beautiful bay views and fill the space with natural light. The dining area offers seating for six, along with additional barstool seating for four at the kitchen counter. Challenge friends and family to a game of shuffleboard located in the hallway.

The kitchen is thoughtfully designed and fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, and appliances, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, beverages, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods, with essentials like salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee provided to get you started. Just off the kitchen, a dedicated bar area with a wine cooler and secondary sink provides the perfect setup for mixing cocktails and serving refreshments.

GUEST ACCESS:

Please note that rooftop deck access is via a narrow hallway ladder and may not be suitable for all guests. Children must be closely supervised at all times when using the ladder and rooftop area. Guests are responsible for the safety of all members of their party.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in our moderate coastal climate, this property does not have air conditioning.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Laundry: A washer and dryer are located in the hallway off the half-bathroom. Please note that guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
Parking: One space on the right side in a shared two-car garage accessed via rear alley, small to mid-size vehicles only. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, is also available.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
