Just steps from the popular 18th Street beach and the bay front, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds. Each home has air conditioning for comfort on warm days, along with inviting outdoor spaces to relax and gather.
Cooking is simple with three fully stocked kitchens, each equipped with cookware, bakeware, and a full suite of appliances. Just bring your groceries, coffee, and essentials, then enjoy meals around the dining tables or at the kitchen bars.
Every residence has its own living area with comfy sofas and cable TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of sun and surf. Step outside to soak up the sun on the front patio, savor a quiet moment on the back patio, or dine al fresco on the upstairs deck. Each outdoor space includes seating and a BBQ for easy grilling, and when you’re done at the beach, the shared outdoor shower makes rinsing off a breeze.
The ground-floor front residence (2BR/2BA) offers plenty of space for everyone. Settle into the queen bedroom or enjoy the second bedroom with a full/twin bunk and twin trundle. A hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo makes getting ready easy and stress-free.
At the back of the property, the ground-floor rear residence (1BR/1BA) is a cozy retreat. The queen bedroom offers a comfortable place to recharge, while the hallway bathroom features a shower/tub combo and vanity. For extra sleeping space, the living room has a queen sofa bed, ideal for kids or additional guests.
The upstairs residence (2BR/2BA) features a primary suite with a king bed, a private en suite with a spa-like rain shower, and even a peek-a-boo ocean view. The second bedroom is perfect for families or kids with its full/twin bunk setup, while a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo adds extra convenience.
EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 3 twin trifold floor mat (best suited for children) along with extra linens/pillows are provided. A twin rollaway bed can be rented in lieu of the floor mat, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed/bath/kitchen/beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning/linen fee.

LAUNDRY:
Coin-operated laundry located in closet along side walkway near back gate; guests must provide their own supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
Three compact carport spaces (left, middle, and right) accessed via the alley at the back of the property. Backing into the carport spaces is recommended.
LOCATION:
Just one house from the beach, endless fun awaits in the surf and sand—whether it’s surfing, bodyboarding or simply soaking up the sun. Directly across the street, you’ll find the bay front Marina Park, a local favorite featuring a scenic playground, the Lighthouse Café, and options for paddle board and sailboat rentals. Stroll to the historic Newport Pier for restaurants and shops, or take a short drive to enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza—all less than 15 minutes away. Please note: this home is located along the peninsula’s main boulevard, so some ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, and portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, etc. Contact us for more information!
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
