Both kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, with salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee provided. The upper front kitchen includes all major appliances, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and microwave, while the upper rear kitchen offers the same setup, excluding a dishwasher. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods.

GUEST ACCESS:

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Beachview Bundle: By booking this combined listing, you're eligible to receive our exclusive complimentary package upon request, which includes upgraded beach accessories (umbrella, chairs, cooler, and cart) and the potential for early check-in and late check-out, based on availability.
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.
Extra Sleeping: To accommodate the maximum occupancy, four twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children) are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats by making advance arrangements with our office.
Laundry: A shared coin-operated washer and dryer are located in the outdoor carport. Guests will need to bring their own laundry supplies and quarters.
Parking: Four tandem parking spaces are available on the left and center, two covered under a 76" carport and two uncovered exterior spaces with no height restrictions.
Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.
Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
City Tax: A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
