EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, two twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented instead of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Shared coin-operated laundry facilities are located in the laundry room along the side walkway. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
Two parking spaces, one covered carport space on the left side of the garage, and one uncovered carport space along the wall of the left-hand exterior of the garage.
LOCATION:
Best of all is the home’s proximity to the ever-popular 40th Street Beach, known for its excellent surf and welcoming shoreline. A longtime local favorite, it’s a spot where everyone can find something to enjoy. From this prime location, nearly every convenience is within easy walking distance, from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and a variety of nearby eateries just a few blocks away to the lively yet charming Newport Pier area. Along the way, you’ll also find banks, a pharmacy, a full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages. Many guests find they can park their car upon arrival and leave it there for the duration of their stay. The beachfront boardwalk, stretching nearly six miles along the peninsula, offers a scenic route for walking and biking, while the Seashore Drive bike path provides another easy way to explore the area.
