EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
To fulfill the maximum occupancy, 4 twin trifold floor mats (best suited for children), along with extra linens/pillows, are provided. Twin rollaway beds can be rented in lieu of the mats, if desired. Make arrangements with our office in advance to ensure delivery in time for your arrival.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Shared coin-operated laundry facilities located in the laundry room along side walkway. Bring your own supplies and quarters.
PARKING:
The ground floor residence comes with one carport space and one uncovered space next to the carport on the right side. The upper residence comes with two carport spaces on the left side. General neighborhood street parking (metered and non-metered) can also be utilized.
LOCATION:
Best of all is the proximity to the hugely popular 40th Street Beach, well-known for its great surf and inviting shoreline. A longtime local favorite, there is something for everyone to enjoy here! Every convenience imaginable is within easy walking distance from this home: from the well-stocked Pavilions grocery store and various eateries just a few short blocks away, to the lively yet quaint Newport Pier area, and so many more destinations in between, including banks, a pharmacy, a full-size movie theater, restaurants, and shops for all ages to enjoy. The beachfront boardwalk, which runs almost a 6-mile length of the peninsula, facilitates a great transportation corridor for pedestrians and bicycles, in addition to the Seashore Drive bike path.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
