Please note the fireplaces located in the downstairs and upstairs living areas are not available for guest use.
PARKING:
This home includes a two-car garage. There is also general neighborhood street parking, metered, unmetered and pay-station.
LAUNDRY:
Laundry facilities, including washer and dryer, are located in the garage. Guests are responsible for bringing their own detergent and laundry supplies.
LOCATION:
Just steps from one of the area’s best beaches, you’ll enjoy excellent surfing and the chance to spot abundant sea life around the nearby jetties. Take an easy stroll or bike ride to explore local restaurants, shops, and parks, or enjoy a game of tennis, racquetball, or basketball at one of the nearby courts. It also makes the perfect home base for day trips to Disneyland, California Adventure, Knott’s Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Hollywood, the San Diego Zoo and Safari Park, Legoland, and more. For upscale shopping, Fashion Island and South Coast Plaza are only 18–20 minutes away.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals, (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
