LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Laundry facilities are located in the garage. Guests must provide their own laundry supplies.
PARKING:
The right-side garage accommodates one small compact vehicle only. Additional parking is available on the street in front of or near the home. Please review all street-sweeping signage before parking.
PETS:
Only dogs are considered. Number of pets, size, and breed restrictions apply. All pet arrangements must be coordinated with our office in advance and approved in writing, and a non-refundable pet fee will be assessed.

Perfectly positioned directly across from 10th Street Beach, this exceptional location offers sweeping views of Newport Harbor, Lido Island, and the boats gliding through the bay. An ideal launch point for kayaking and paddleboarding, the home is also within easy walking distance of the best of the Newport Peninsula, from the iconic Balboa Fun Zone and the ferry to Balboa Island, to celebrated restaurants, piers, and scenic coastal paths.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear and recreational equipment are available for rent from management at very reasonable rates for our guests, including large ice chests, wagons, Pack' n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.

This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
