The fully stocked kitchen includes dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware, along with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and KitchenAid mixer. Guests are welcome to bring their own food, drinks, spices, condiments, and additional paper goods. Salt, pepper, olive oil, and coffee are provided.

Just off the kitchen, a casual dining nook seats four, while the informal living area offers a cozy sofa and flat-screen TV for laid-back relaxation.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire 2BR/2BA apartment. This includes all interior spaces and both private third-floor balconies.

NEWPORT BEACH REGULATIONS:
This neighborhood is primarily residential and known for its peaceful, quiet atmosphere. Guests are expected to respect the community and comply with all Newport Beach Municipal Codes, including regulations regarding noise, maximum occupancy, parking, and other applicable requirements. Failure to do so may result in fines and/or eviction without a refund.

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
Linens & Starter Supplies: All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided. We also include a starter supply of hand soap, dish soap, a sponge, trash bags, 2-4 rolls of toilet paper, and 1 paper towel roll. Guests are responsible for additional supplies and personal toiletries.

Recreation Gear Rentals: Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from Beachview Rentals at very reasonable rates. Large ice chests, wagons, Pack' N Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and more are available. Contact us for more information.

Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required to complete your booking.

Security: This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces and/or property entrances, as well as noise-monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect our guests, the property, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
